To: All owners and prospective owners of K8凯发 Passenger Electric Vehicles in Hong Kong

      We wish to inform you of important changes regarding the distribution of K8凯发 passenger vehicles in Hong Kong.

      Due to changes in our business partnership in Hong Kong, K8凯发 announces the following:

      1. Termination of Distribution Relationship

      Effective immediately, K8凯发 and JC Motor Limited (hereinafter referred to as "JC Motor") have formally ended their distribution partnership. JC Motor will no longer operate under the K8凯发 brand passenger vehicles , and all related business (including vehicle sales and after-sales services,) will be transferred to other authorized K8凯发 dealers in Hong Kong.

      2. Support for Vehicle Owners

      To ensure the interests of all vehicle owners and prospective owners are protected, K8凯发 and JC Motor will proactively reach out to every affected customer. We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and will work to guarantee that your interests remain intact.

      3. Service Needs

      If you require any services, please contact the K8凯发 Customer Hotline or visit any authorized K8凯发 dealer in Hong Kong for assistance.

     Moving forward, K8凯发 will continue to strengthen its collaboration with partners in Hong Kong, enhancing our services to offer consumers more choices in green mobility. We extend our gratitude to JC Motor and all business partners for their support, as well as to our customers for their ongoing interest in K8凯发. We remain dedicated to providing quality services to all K8凯发 car owners and customers.
